**Traffic Control/Security Team Member**

Heading up the OutLawz Parade Club Organization, The Colonel is responsible for the overall running of the krewe.

At the top position of rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows: 

1. Creative Direction/Construction Planning of all Parade Floats and Chief Security Officer of all Krewe members and visitors riding 

2. Truck and Trailer Maintenance 

3. Oversee parade schedule, entry fees and requirements of planned parades

4. Chief Financial Officer of the Outlawz Organization 

5. Oversees the overall Management and Supervision of the Outlawz Mardi Gras Parade Club Organization 

6. Make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters

**Traffic Control/Security Team Member**

Chief security enforcement officer of the Outlawz Organization. The LT is the Colonel’s right hand man. He is second in command of operations of the party parade float. Lieutenant Colonel Franklin is also in charge of the management for security during the parades and all OutLawz events.

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Assist with the Creative Direction/Construction Planning of all Parade Floats  

2. Assist with the Truck and Trailer Maintenance 

3. Assist the Colonel with float support of setting up and tearing down equipment 

4. Supervisor of Security (Oversees the security of the Outlawz Organization and Events we support)

5. Pre-check parade routes, make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters and security readiness 

As the float captain, Denise is charged with overseeing the management of the party parade club float. The Float Captain’s responsibilities are more complex than simply managing a parade float, as involved as that can be. She has the task of being able to take an idea of the Colonel and bring it to life. Basically, the Captain looks after everything that goes along with the parade float and OutLawz Parade Club events! and collecting and reporting of the OutLawz Mardi Gras Parade Club’s finances.

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Assist the Colonel in planning parade schedule and entry requirements

2. Oversees and Supervisor of the Outlawz Supersize Parade Float, Oversees all visiting personnel and Assist in the security planning of that float

3. Plans throwing spot location of all riders (including the Outlawz Krewe Members)

4. Monitors and Collects the fees for visiting riders and Outlawz membership dues per Colonel instructions

5. Issues new members their guns and any member with replacement guns

6. As Treasurer Keeps on hand and Inventory of all Outlawz Merchandise for sale such as: Float Rider T-Shirt Apparel for Riders for sale and Inventory all Patch Logo

7. Makes sure all members have their complete required uniform per direction of the Colonel

8. As the Recruiter makes contact with anyone interested in becoming a member and log contact information for LJ to file electronically 

9. Make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters

**Traffic Control/Security Team**

1st Lieutenant Amaria plans all the activities and entertainment ensuring a memorable experience for guests and members alike! 

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows: 

1. Assistant of the Float Captain helping with the planning parade schedule and entry requirement

2. Entertainment Director (provide games for Krewe and visitors of all ages on the float, hire entertainment artists to perform live on the float, etc…)

3. Make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Supervisor of the Outlawz Members Apparel and Assistant to the Colonel Creative Direction of Members Apparel 

2. Will take all uniform orders for members New and Old 

3. Will insure all uniforms are up to spec of Colonel’s guidelines at all outside vendors

4. Supervisor of Food and Drinks for the Outlawz Organization 

As the Chief Warrant Officer,  LaJerrika is in charged of all administrative filing and organizing of the Outlawz Organization. 

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows: 

1. Assistant of the Colonel helping with Outlawz Organization Communication and Data Logging

2. Technical Director of the Outlawz Organization 

3. Assist the Apparel supervisor with the creative direction of all Outlawz member apparel 

4. Make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:  

1. Assist with the Creative Direction/Construction Planning of all Parade Floats  

2. Assist the Colonel with float support of setting up and tearing down equipment 

3. Pre-check parade routes, make events and meetings for Outlaws business matters and security readiness

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Assist the Colonel with float support of setting up and tearing down equipment after parade and/or event

2.   Gunnery Sergeant Brent pilots the Security Drone for the Outlawz Organization Security Team

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Driver of the Outlawz Organization Supersize Parade Float

2. Assist the Colonel with float support of setting up and tearing down equipment

3. Assist the Top Sergeant when pre-checking parade routes

Heading up all things social media, Queenie manages promotion of the OutLawz brand via social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, LinkedIn, our Club Website, and Reddit, among others.

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows:

1. Assistant of Lieutenant 1st Class helping with the creativity of games for Riders of all ages and Krewe Members 

2. Supervisor of the Outlawz Organization Social Media Team

3. Create and update all social media accounts 

4. Collect any and all video and pictures for all Outlawz Social Media platforms 

5. Work with all film and photography vendors to collect finished work 

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows: 

1.    As the Supervisor of Sales Shantane is responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales department within the OutLawz Parade Club Organization.

At this rank in the Outlawz Organization the duties consist of but not limited to as follows: 

1. Assistant of Lieutenant 1st Class helping with the creativity of games for Riders of all ages and Krewe Members 

2. Assist the Sergeant of Social Media as needed
